I am Mumtahina Riza, a PhD student in the Department of Biology, a research team member at Aquatic Biogeochemistry Lab of Dr. Chambers at University of Central Florida. Given the inherent beauty and abundant resources that the environment offers as a habitat for Earth's inhabitants, my aspiration is to actively contribute to the sustainability of environmental management practices. Considering the complex relationship and substantial impact of soil and water quality on environmental health, my own interests have motivated me to delve into the realm of improving natural systems on a broader scale, with a particular focus on wetland biogeochemistry.
